Just got back from a 4 day stay..stopped with my husband and 13 year old . Really great location and the place itself very clean and the owners and staff very friendly..we will defo be goin back recommend highly.

Very pleasant staff. Always polite and efficient and obliging. Accommodation well up to speed for the price and the food as good and plentiful as it needs to be. English spoken excellently. No complaints. If you want old town location superb. Three stars easy.

My friend and I just came back from a week staying at the Irati. We couldn't fault it. It was amazing. The family Olesia and Andy and Elena could not do enough for everyone. They are friendly and amicable. The cleanliness was second to none. Beat any hotel. The food was amazing having had disastrous eat out places. They have their own chef, fabulous full English breakfast. We had dinner there the last three nights and wished we had eaten there every night. Three courses and coffee or wine or soft drink 9.90!!! The puddings were to die for! Well stocked bar.
There were clean towels every day. The beds were comfortable with memory foam pillows. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers.
Just opposite the Irati steps down to bars and a lovely beach. Booked for next year!!!!

It was the only available and the cheapest room we found at the last minute. We spent there two nights.
It is located right in the heart of Benidorm, in-between the two most popular beaches, 2 min away from them and close to the popular streets for shopping and restaurants. Much a better choice than those free-standing impersonal towers.
