We enjoyed our visit here. While very hot, ha, great selection of beers, best in the city i would assume. Service was great given how busy they were on a Saturday afternoon. They really could of used 3 bartender vs two.
A family with a baby broke a glass, fell in the mother's lap holding the infant and they didn't get any attention or clean up of broken glass.... she did it herself. not cool.
Food looked amazing, if we hadn't just ate, we would of ordered something for sure.

We loved Taberna Lupulo! We stumbled upon it after walking around the forts in Old San Juan and it was exactly what we needed! They have a ton of good craft beer on draft. The bartenders were knowledgeable about the beer and extremely friendly. The burger with chorizo, bacon and beef was to die for! My husband still talks about that burger! I had the fish tacos and they were delicious as well. Great Find!

There are very few places on the island you can find craft beer, coming from San Diego (a craft beer Mecca) this was the first bar that satisfied my cravings fully. Not just did they have several IPAs but even a Sour on the menu. I will definitely come here next time I visit San Juan
