Excellent hotel, very comfortable and spacious with the bedroom/living area and the separate bathroom... And plenty restaurants just a minute away... Nice front desk staff...

This is another budget friendly hotel at the heart of the city. Starting ftom 650 pesos per night, this place is a sure haven for sojourners. 😊

As others have said, place is spacious than most hotels. For the price, P800 promo price for two single beds with a small living area with two comfy chairs, it's great value really. Clean everywhere. Big bathroom. Staff are friendly and responsive.
I deducted two stars because 1) The building beside the hotel stinks due to the pile of garbage which hasn't been picked up yet (we arrived 11PM); 2) our room's (rm.311) toilet water tank fills slowly, as in 10-minute slow; and 3) the sink faucet only ran hot water.
The staff are quick to respond to our issues but they cannot do anything because the utility guys won't come until next morning. We can't transfer rooms because they're fully-booked, which is not surprising given the value-for-money this accommodation gives.

Good place and cheap, you pay day by day instead of paying the total amount in advance, i extended my stay for 12 days, nobody touch your things is safe, very spacious rooms, thermos in room for hot drinks, very hot shower, i think is better than other hotels, department store very near and other places for your needs
