Thank you so much for helping spay and neuter the stray kittens we found. Male receptionist with tattoos could have been better, but the techs were wonderful and all spoke English and Spanish.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS VETERINARY AT ALL!
Worst service I've seen in years! My dog was in pain and bleeding and I took him there because I thought it was a good veterinary but all they told me was I had to make an appointment. Then they told me if I wanted to wait I could wait but it could be one hour, two hour or more while my dog was bleeding.

We just called from Houston to find out if they had an extra large crate to fly our dog from Merida to Houston. The woman on the phone was very rude. She said she did not know the dimensions of the crates, so someone would have to come and measure to see if it was the size we wanted. New crates with the tags on don't have size dimensions? What kind of nonsense is that? And the price was higher, $260-$280 USD, than the crate we bought on Guam, where everything is more expensive than stateside USA. She even said, "I told you, there are no measurements." Clearly they don't want our money because we are "foreigners", even though my husband is Yucatecan. I will never buy anything from this store when we do return to Merida in the future.
