Entrance looked nice. The rooms though were terrible. Front Desk Clerk was negotiating getting part of the refunded money otherwise I lose it !!

not a 4* hotel in reality. location's great. narrow streets area in downtown. rooms slightly worn out. tap water is salty. somewhat noisy from outside and other rooms. blocked view even at higher floors. tv has international news channels. free wifi only available at the lobby.
