Lived in Tokyo 10 years. Loved both locations but the Shinjuku one is definitely better as it's much larger, far more open, and really has the feel of vast eatery inside a gothic vampire castle.... despite being on the top floor of a building.... which makes the inside all the more fantastic from an engineering standpoint.

I don't know if reservations are needed for the main dining area with the nice decor but I was seated in a separate area with no view even though I was literally the 1st person there as soon as they opened.
I also foolishly did not count my change when I paid and later noticed I was 2000¥ short.
The food was OK but not for the price, although their 500¥ pizza does seem like a good deal.
