staff were amazing 5* for them!! buffet breakfast was yummy.

room were quite small, but clean and modern, however not enough of the facilities you'd expect to have in a 4* hotel

Room was very large for Europe. Bathroom was good. Staff was good, but had to tell them to turn the air conditioning on. Lobby was decent. Breakfast was on the top floor which was a pain because the elevator only goes down if not on the ground floor. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Front desk guy, Gianluca, was extremely helpful. Location is relatively close to Vatican City for tourist. Room was very clean and respectful staff.

When I booked the room at a very good rate I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by everything: friendly staff, clean rooms, good (!) breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. In front of the hotel there are some bus lines that can take you either to the nearest Metro station or to Vatican/ Pizza Venezia which was perfect for me and my friend.

Extremely clean, modern and surprisingly quiet hotel. The staff are all very polite and go out of their way to assist. The hotel has full airconditioning and the facilities are fantastic. The menu they offer may be small but each dish we had was impeccable. The only downside is the local transportation is not always on time, but that should not reflect badly on this hotel by any means, the staff are very knowledgeable and answered everything we threw at them!
