The hotel is conveniently located by the Milan Central station making it extremely easy to hop in and out of if you are traveling to multiple cities in Italy via rail. It is fairly new and clean with many of the amenities that a tired traveler may appreciate. The beds we're also fairly firm which I love. It is four metro stops from the Duomo and 3 stops from high end shops. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Such a wonderful stay. Think it could be more eco, but that's not really why we chose it. Towels and toiletries were changed unnecessarily and ALL lights came on when entering the room, which wasn't necessary. However, the food was good and the service was the best we've ever encountered. The staff are all happy and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was cleaner than clean. Highly recommended.

We were in Milan only for 2 days while we were traveling through Europe. Staying at the Star Echo was a welcome change to our busy travel schedule. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped us enjoy our stay that much more. The restaurant was delicious and the rooms were very luxurious. We had a family suite that was so comfortable for me, my husband and our two young children. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

This was our second time back at Starshotel Echo all the way from Australia. The reception greeting was fantastic and we explained it was our honeymoon, and straight away they upgraded us for 50 euros to suite no 305 , we were so pleased , the room was fantastic. We had diner in the restaurant and one of the staff Martina (Young Lady ) made recommendations on the wine and the food. Her service in the restaurant was just fantastic as she also spoke English very well and really made the night special. She is one valuable staff member who works hard and engages with the customers . We would also like to thank the gentleman in reception who booked us in . Great service Starhotels echo , thanks Simone and Geoff from Australia .

Easy walk from train station. Well appointed. Feels tranquil. Would have been five stars if gym was a little bigger. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent
