Fantastic meal at the Four Seasons! Plenty of unique and classic dishes. All of them were fantastic along with great service and classy atmosphere. Totally worth it.

My husband and I did the tasting menu. I thought it was a bit overpriced compared to its peers. But the scallops were the best either of us have ever had. The risotto was exquisite and the king crab delicious. The wine pairings were perfect. I didn't care for the lamb but I don't eat much red meat generally. The dessert was phenomenal. We were disappointed that the pairing menu didn't include more local fare. I also did not appreciate the old world stuffiness. For example, they gave my husband a menu with prices and me a menu without prices. The sommelier gave my husband the wine to taste every time until he told them to offer it to me. To their credit, they seemed to take the hint and cut the patriarchal BS after that. The atmosphere was lovely, romantic and a live pianist.

A truly stunning place to have a meal. The staff was friendly but do ask for Diego he was a great host

If you want a nice 1 star Michelin dining experience, you can certainly have it here. But there are much better restaurants in Florence with more creative food and better value. Not that anything was really wrong, especially if you want a flashy setting. It is a fine restaurant within its category. But if you come to Florence, you probably want something with more local character; and at these prices, there are much more interesting options here.
If you want a nice 1 star Michelin dining experience, you can certainly have it here. But there are much better restaurants in Florence with more creative food and better value. Not that anything was really wrong, especially if you want a flashy setting. It is a fine restaurant within its category. But if you come to Florence, you probably want something with more local character; and at these prices, there are much more interesting options here.

Sunday brunch is delicious! Also funny to see the different kind of people, from bored rich, to elder people full of energy and some young people enjoying the food.
