The food here used to be much better years ago. Quality went down quite a bit.

The Food
Basically, Chatter Box serves Asian hawkers food. Some of the fave menus are Fried Kwee Tiawand Hainan Chicken Rice.
Others are alright.
Ambiance
Quite good but nothing special.
Services
Waiters are okay. Important notes: DO NOT go here if the restaurant is full. You will be ignored by the waiters, orders weren't delivered, waiting for bill, etc. It seems they can't manage if the place is full.
The situation is really different if the place are not jammed packed.

Just had lunch at Chatterbox Sogo Plaza Senayan and feel very disappointed by the cashier.
My total bill is Rp 82.005. The cashier said the total bill is "Rp 82.000".
I paid Rp 100.000 in cash and she gave me change of Rp 17.000 only. I did not notice at that time.
When she asked "do you want the receipt", I said "yes please". Then as weird as she can be, she gave me the receipt with additional Rp 500 ??!!
When I saw the receipt, my change suppose to be "Rp 17.995".
I don't want to waste my time arguing with the cashier, also this matter should be brought to the higher management level, not to them.
It's not that I am desperate for that Rp 495, but as a long established restaurant, Chatterbox should educate their employee with standard hospitality. It's just basic!
This kind of manner, bring down your value in a customer eye! What a shame!
