First, I was wrong, considering the stars and ratings.
People are different and so are their opinions.
I changed my itinerary from "The Park" (where I've stayed before) to this Savera hotel on purely rating basis... And it went wrong.
This place has to improve on the parking lot (even though it's much much bigger than the park) bell desk definitely has to improve, staffs are good and so the food (Veg/Non veg). Ambience is good, but cleanliness (with regards to 🍴 dining area and the rooms has to take a leap... Facilities needs to improve.
Sadly I wouldn't recommend my friends to this place since there are much better class competitors available IMO ... Thank you... Sorry didn't have time for photos :)

Nice and pleasant stay. Rooms are equipped with locker. Swimming pool was clean. Breakfast was good and had lot of options. Staff was very courteous. I requested for late check-out and I was allowed 2 hours extra without any extra payment.

A nice swanky hotel at reasonable pricing. Nice rooms. Though the view out of the window wasn't great. Located near the Music Academy, it's a great place for music aficionados participants during the Chennai Music Season.

This hotel seems like a hit or miss. They got the breakfast buffet down pretty well and it's nice that's its free. But hospitality could be a lot better. When you enter hotel there are no towels in the room. Called to request them. No answer. Called again later. They said they'll send someone up. Noone ever came. The rooms are OK but nothing to write home about. Free water was nice. I have mixed feelings about the hotel but if the hospitality picks up and fact that this hotel is in good destination I might come here again.

Was at buffet restaurant in ground floor. Vast spread of starters, served at the plate prepared fresh. Very high standards of hospitality. After having all the starters, there was very less space left for main course and desserts. Will definitely visit again. Special mention to the manager also was making sure all our needs were taken care.
