Condition of building is very poor. No parking management. Staircases, Public facilities are in poor condition. Not even a single lift is working. Only good thing is the Multi level Car Parking.

Not sure about authenticity but you will surely find anything until it's related to computers or mobiles phones at reasonable prices. If want computer related gadgets, i would recommend global computers, r.k computers or n.v computers. And remaining market is almost door cell phones and other technology repairing.
