Would of been 5 stars ... But we had to wait 2hrs for delivery !!

My review is geared towards american tourists:
The only issue I had with this location is the wait was almost 30 minutes long when i went. That just seemed like a long wait for fast food to me.
The options here are a little different than what we are use to in the states. No dipping sauces were available here for our chicken strips. I assume honey mustard is not popular on the island. Ketchup was all they had available. Drink choices are very limited here as well. Menu said juice and water. Orange Fanta = juice. I'm sure there is actual juice, but when he said fanta, I said give me that since it was familiar.
There is not really much else to say about this location. The chicken tasted like typical KFC in the states.

The people are not friendly from management downward . The attitude are like animals they want to talk to you rude and act piggish. When you complain to the manager he himself and the owner want to curse you off . These people let down the business. They need better management.

Food is great.. When they have it. Better than the North American versions. Customer service is dreadful.

We all know it's an island, and so there won't always be things in stock. But at KFC, it seems that nothing is every in stock or ready. Instead of saying that something might take eight minutes to prepare, they just tell you they don't have it ... which isn't great, because some people might be willing to wait eight to 10 minutes to get the item they want.
Customer service is not their forte. I once had to battle with one of the employees who was missing a piece of order, and made me go and bring my entire order to her, only to ignore me until I had to practically call for her several time.
