Overall it is OK with the value for price paid (in late October 2017 @ 72€) being good. The exterior, lobby and hallways are the most recent improvements to the hotel. Guest rooms are a mishmash of cosmetic improvements (some attempted but failed) and old infrastructure (wall plug and light switch literally right behind a bed pillow). Bathrooms are old and just sort of passible as clean (see pics). That being said, it is difficult to clean older aged bathrooms.
Balconies are the best part of rooms with good views.
Breakfast is ok. Eating area is a bit interesting as the tables are too small for the number of settings…place mats must overlap by two inches in order to fit.
Staff are very nice and service oriented. Parking is quite nice is it is included (at least it was in late Oct. when we were there). I also thought the motion sensors for common area lighting was great. Taking that concept into the guest rooms would be nice to see.
Edit: On the way out I had the amusing experience of using the public washrooms one floor down from the lobby. Pictured with the artistic skewed toilet install, brutally dirty floor and the space suitable for a child.

Perfect place to spend the night or two when visiting ancient Delphi. It is at the far end of modern Delphi which is just past the archeological site.
The view from our room (108) was spectacular. The accommodations are excellent for the price. The staff was helpful, kind and attentive. Parking is available under the hotel, but you better be able to drive like an Athenian to get into and out of your space. It is a tight fit .The town is beautiful at night and safe to walk about. Not to big to enjoy. A great taverna is right across the street and you are walking distance from the sanctuary and Museum at Delphi.

Nice hotel, clean, good beds, nice breakfast, helpful staff, we liked the location. Enjoyed Delphi. Would stay there again.

Lovely hotel. They are very welcoming and I loved the welcome sweet they offer. Rooms very classical but very clean and confortable.

I can't fault this hotel. It is immaculately clean, perfectly preserved 1960's style hotel with excellent breakfast.
Service was fabulous, view from our room on level 2 was amazing and beds so comfy.
Highly recommend.
