This was the worst experience of traveling ever!! The girl behind the bar used very very dirty (also used for the floor) wipes to clean the outside of an coffee cup right before she gave it to the guests. When we ordered they said a lot was included but when we saw the bill we needed to pay separately for everything. And this was a lot. We asked for j'us d'orange without ice, they gave it with ice and when I said something they where angry and fished it out with a spoon. We we said something about the bill they got so angry and didn't want to do anything about it. We only had a 50€, they didn't give the correct amount back to us.
THIS IS A VERY DIRTY PLACE!! WITH VERY UNPLEASANT PEOPLE!!! DO NOT GO FOR THE WESTERN OUTSIDE...!!!!!!

the place is cool as a design. stop. that's about it !
I have traveled the world and I never had a bad service as this one, NEVER not even in the worse bar of Romania !
To say just few things:
The wine glasses arrived WET and they served us wine in WET GLASSES !
when we asked if we could have some paper to wipe our glasses ( not complaining about it ) well... we never got any paper.
The waiter didn't get our food order and we had to tell again to an other one after 30 min( food not bad but overpriced )
We asked for a second bottle of wine... it arrived already opened and the waiter ( a different one) left it in the champagnera behind our back without pouring us the wine. We then asked a cloth to wipe it so we could pour it ourself and... it never came.
well the evening was not pleasant... too bad because the design and the music was good and cozy.
ah I almost forgot ! remember to ask for the receipt because otherwise you are not going to get one!!!
