Some of the receptionists are unfriendly. They were unwilling to give the slighest info relating to the hotel services.
No wifi for days.

Paid internet, paid parking, paid breakfast. At least they do not charge you for greetings.

My son and I recently stayed in this hotel as part of a group of children who were in Stuttgart to take part in an International Swimming Gala.
The hotel is very nice, the rooms clean and all a good size. The hotel is handy for the swimming pool and the breakfasts were lovely ! The staff were very friendly and always helpful.
But what has motivated me to add a review (never done one before) is the amazing customer service we experienced.
When we returned to the UK, my son discovered that he had left a dearly loved soft toy dog in the room. Probably down beside the bed or under his pillow. Devastated was not the word !
I emailed the hotel and within a day, they emailed back with a photo of the lost dog and the promise to send him back to us.
Today, he arrived home. Beautifully packed in a box, with a blanket and a bone !
Truly made me a bit emotional and my son was delighted and can now remember the weekend for the gala and the swimming rather than the weekend he lost little dog.
The hotel staff went the extra mile and have made our day ! We will definitely use them next year for the Stuttgart SwimFest !
