Very expensive hotel with low quality of the rooms. Very bad and soft bed. After 2 nights I must go for massage. Average breakfast is more expensive than then dinner in the hotel.

I always insist on staying in this hotel any time that I get to visit this great city. Why? The staff.
You may find nicer rooms but you cannot get any better staff. (Rooms are still fine) In particular Sebastian who has worked in the lobby bar for around 7-8 years and the recently joined, Marcel. This review is November 2017, just in case it is not listed. Service, knowledge, friendly, professional, welcoming, I trust the GM views this and rewards these guys. It was the service from Sebastian shortly after he started here, that made sure I returned.
After a day in the city or business at an expo it is comforting to know that great food and service is assured.
Must compliment the restaurant staff also. Front desk are welcoming and helpful always.
My only dislike is that I don't like the huge pillows, everyone does though. But the rooms are spacious.
Perfect location for the Messe, easy access to town by train. Taxis outside always. Petrol station and shop about 30 meters away.

Very stylish ans modern hotel. The room was quiet and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy to come back again!

Great hotel but could be a little more up front about temporary charges they apply to your card. Make sure you bring a European adapter as they will charge a €40 deposit for it. The beds are really comfortable but the TVs are old so don't bring any sort of USB player to pass the time if you plan to spend time inside your room. Was quite impressed with the room service and the hotel has its own app, which it great.
