The scheduled "All you can eat Burgers" days are a joke. Fourth time I try to come, and they always have an excuse... Not enough staff, not enough demand, closing early (6 instead of 10pm), even "not enough meat". Burgers are decent, but not worth the hassle. Plenty of better places to eat in Berlin.

Breakfast buffet selection just sad (cold food only), and quality of food we ordered was low - everything prepared and basically just heated. There was also this one bird eating from the breakfast buffet bread, so I'd really avoid that food for human consumption. (That bird was actually the highlight of this breakfast though; its swoops from the ceiling were truly the stuff of legend!) Service was inattentive, but not too slow compared with Berlin generally.

Definitely one of the worst "American diners" in Berlin. Burger patties are dry, burger creations lack "love" and "passion", milkshakes are mediocre at best, and meals are generally overpriced. Stay away from this place.

You can sit indoors but much nicer outside and the breakfast at only 10 euros each is a real bargain with rolls, butter, jam, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice and a couple of fried eggs thrown in for just another two euros. Watch the world go by outside the East side station and close to the east side gallery.
