Thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights of business travel here. The owner and his wife jumped through hoops to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are great and plenty of great local restaurants nearby. Good quality beds and pillows. Decent free WiFi connection. Underground parking provided at the hotel, but you can also park on Boulevard Pasteur (if you can find a spot!) Highly recommended!

I stumbled onto this hotel by chance after my late night arrival via hire car from Lyon.
It was a lucky choice. This is a very nice, comfortable boutique hotel in a quiet, handy location to the tram line.
The double room size was generous, with a comfortable bed.
The staff at the hotel were friendly & helpful, in particular Chloe whose customer service was exceptional, and really made you feel welcomed and informed on how to get around Saint Etienne.
