Great location in the centre of old Nancy. Arrived late, but no problem checking in due 24 hour reception. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Rooms very clean and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast served to your table in the salon.

Excellent location right in the centre of the old town, a 5-10 minute walk to Stanislas Place and a good park (with a mini zoo!). Parking was hard for us as we arrived late on a Friday night and as a result a few streets were pedestrianised. However this looks not to be a problem when arriving earlier and on quieter days. We had a renovated room on the third floor and it was fantastic, comfy bed and ample room with a good bathroom. Breakfast was a continental breakfast which was delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff who spoke very good English. They even rearranged our 2 rooms to get them as close as possible to each other. Was worried about check-in as we arrived late but was glad to find out it was a 24 hour recepetion. Overall, excellent hotel and we will likely return on the future.

Quaint hotel in the historic part of Nancy. I loved staying there for a quick getaway. All your amenities such as a quick breakfast at bakery Stephen or a local Elzas dinner are in minutes walking distance ... same for musea and historic buildings

More like 3.5. Good location, nice rooms, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, that's why I give 4 pts. Rooms are not very well noise-isolated, you can hear your neighbour speak, but it was ok, we didn't have a noisy neighbour. Also, the breakfast was a bit disappointing (2/5 pts).
