Hvězda (Star - literatim) definitely worth a visit, even though it is a bit distant from the traditional tourist routes of Prague has quite "metropolitan character" which is not common for Medieval type of city like Prague. More likely you would expect it in Paris or Madrid. It is just because the place was formerly a summer royal game reserve nobly founded by Ferdinand I. during mid-16th century. Builded in 1555-1557 with fascination for the perspective theory and intertwined with mystical symbolism of the Renaissance period. And yes! It is worth mentioning the surrounded neighbourhoods like Our Lady of Victory church, Bílá Hora battlefield and Břevnov Monastery

This place is beautiful. It's off the beaten tourist track, but it is worth the trip.

Relaxed park, long lanes but also forest areas to explore. Good for jogging, but no cycles allowed on the main lanes. For children, don't miss the playground (straight ahead from the main entrance). It's under the trees, so provides good cover on hot, sunny days

What an amazing place for relaxing and sporting. It is the place to feel peace and tranquility, meet friends, walk with your dog or alone, ride a bicycle, and do aerobics in the open air.
