I crave it all the time. I love that you could pick exactly what you want to put into your meal and it is cooked right in front of you. The chefs also give a "little show" as they prepare it.

Excellent food. Of course if you don't like the ingredients it is your own fault, because they cook what you put together.

Been here a few times and it never disappoints. You make your noodles however you like them buffet style and then they fry it all up on a huge griddle. Make sure you use lots of the sauces at the end because if it's too dry when they fry it up they just add water which has no flavour so make sure to add lots of the flavours you like. They do have a board up that gives you ideas for combining some of the different sauces. You can always go back for seconds or thirds or however many times it takes to fill up! Try out different sauce combinations or mixes of veggies and meats till you find the ones you love!

Delicious, non-greasy stir-fry! I like that you can customize your plate, and that they are scrupulous about food waste. They lose a point for the beef and chicken being kinda dry (happens when you throw frozen meat on a hot grill)
