Fantastic service. Always willing to work on my pieces and service is prompt and accurate. Had a few ETA movements worked on there without any issues.

I brought in an Omega pocket watch to have serviced/overhauled. They gave me a quote which I was happy with, so I left it with them to complete the work. When I went to pick it up, they told me they couldn't source a crown. I specifically wanted a new crown and would not have wanted any repairs done if the crown couldn't be replaced. The guy proceeds to tell me I have to pay for the job or they won't give back my watch. So I paid for a replacement mainspring and glass (which subsequently fell out) on a pocket watch with no crown. Total rip-off!! I now ship my mechanical/automatic watches out of province for service.

I have been going to this group of horologists for more than 15 years. Professional, courteous and great to pass time with. This is how I would describe the lot. Ca-mon...have you met a horologist who wasn't a bit unique? It's a great education in a disappearing art form?
Smart phones, smart watches have replaced mechanical times pieces. If you're looking for a traditional time piece this is the place to go.... don't be in a rush, take a moment to enjoy the chat.
