Five stars for the food, one star for the terrible service today. We went for brunch and wanted to use our CJSW card discount, which entitles cardholders to 25% off breakfast before noon. We put our orders in before noon but when it was time to settle, they refused to give us the 25% off because apparently we had to actually pay before noon, not just order. Nowhere on the card does it stipulate this, and in my experience ordering at restaurants, when there's a happy hour deal or time-sensitive promo, you simply have to get your order in during the time frame, not settle.
Anyway, the manager was not helpful at all and abruptly left mid-sentence. Unfortunately, the whole experience left a bad taste after what was a delicious meal. I've been coming to the Coup for years but I won't be returning anytime soon.

Very trendy restaurant. Very busy. I loved the plants they had growing inside. Make sure you only have a group of 4 or less. We had 7 people and they only have two tables that can accommodate that many so we waited for almost 2 hrs. The food was very flavourful. Most of it was spicy. We had one person who couldn't eat his meal. It would have been nice if the menu had mentioned that the dish was spicy.

I used to love his place! I've been dining her since they opened. Lately I've seen prices soar and service plummet. I also notice a difference in quality. I keep going, and continue to feel let down. They make mistakes on my takeout regularly! -I'm on the hunt for a new go-to!

I really was pleasantly surprised how full I felt after this amazing meal. It was my first time to come here and I will be back again. The vegan chocolate brownie was incredibly moist and fulfilling.
I left completely full and the price was quite reasonable too.

Phenomenal food. I'm not vegetarian or vegan but it doesn't matter if you are or aren't, the food here will blow your mind regardless. Atmosphere is great too and drink options (alcoholic and non) are plenty! Crazy busy place though (with good reason!) so make a reservation or prepare to wait a bit.
