I don't think it is acceptable that a five star hotel includes in the menu artificial "juices" while the freshly prepared ones are paid additionally. Otherwise the hotel is good one ..

Not really a 5 star hotel, more like 3.5. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the furniture is dated. It's a bit pricey, but if you want you can get a room with a fantastic view of the mountain. There is a spa, which I personally think is too small for such a big hotel. This is compensated by three outdoor pools, a big one and two small ones for children. The only real downside for me was the food - breakfast is the same every day and there is limited variety at diner.

Very nice location "outside the noise". Nice clean rooms. Great aqua park. The personnel is cheerfull and polite. Food is also great.
I've been here three times and will come again for sure!

Excellent - the pool and spa facilities were superb. We had an executive suite which was spacious, clean, thoroughly serviced every day.
Replacement bath robes, slippers etc whenever we needed them.
The restaurant meals were buffet style, tasty with plenty of choice. At every meal, there were choices that my 4 year old grandson, and his very fussy mother enjoyed.
Reception staff were very helpful. Mini bus to the slopes was every 15 minutes.
We didn't make much use of the kids club as grandson loved the pool, but when he went, there was good and enthusiastic staff supervision with a range of activities.
We hope to book again next year - can't really find anything to fault
