Schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen und ordentlichen Zimmern. Der Service ist gerade vom Personal teilweise hervorragend, der Chef ist leider etwas unfreundlich. Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna sind nicht optimal, außerdem ist für area 47 Besucher anzumerken, dass es relativ weit davon entfernt ist. Ist aber natürlich kein Fehler des Hotels und geht auch nicht negativ in meine Bewertung ein. Ich schwanke zwischen 3 und 4 Sternen, entscheide mich aber für 3, da mir Freundlichkeit unheimlich wichtig ist.

the hotel is family run. Thomas, his wife, mother and staff were very helpful with us. we unfortunatly do not speak a lot of Austrian and so were very dependant on them to explain things.
the hotel was exellent and we stayed for several extra nights.
the food was very good and the chef very friendly. the menu is unfortunatly in Austrian and so this led to some small problems but the food and the variety was superb. the hotel is clean and well maintained, whoever stays there will enjoy themselves.
several events are arranged we had a "gentle walk" (thomas's words) of two hours it lasted three. we were put to shame by our guide who was suffering with a head cold. he had to keep stopping to wait for us but the walk ended with a visit to the Snapps distillery, free samples, so alls well that ends well. also arranged was a suana gathering on one afternoon but we had to miss this. cluk cluk.
