Such a welcoming and friendly practice, from the layout to the reception staff to the physiotherapists themselves. Jenny Lim was so professional, considerate to my situation and through her guidance and therapy I achieved such great results. My injury was in my knee and the therapy offered was very effective and I think so much of that was because of Jenny's caring nature, her ability to listen and to work out a treatment that was perfect for my condition and home exercises that suited my lifestyle. It's rare to find practitioners that are so genuinely caring. I would recommend Jenny highly to anyone seeking a highly skilled, professional and considerate therapist.

I was seen by Jon Warne 1st thing monday morning. He went above and beyond to provide a professional yet warming and very personal consultation.
His advice and treatment went far beyond what I have previously experienced elsewhere and I left with a feeling of confidence in my rehabilitation and also a significant reduction in my chronic pain.
If this practice is a model for lifeready, then it is no mystery as to why their franchise continues to grow.

I've been coming here for years. I used to have really bad knee pains which affected my mobility for years. After seeing other masseurs, chiropractors and osteopaths, i found a great team at Life Ready. The masseur I had worked in conjunction with the physiotherapist to get me back into working order. Mobility issues are gone now and my knee pains are also a thing of the past. I went through thorough treatments and was given exercises to do to help myself improve. There is no pressure to return if you don't want to or can't afford to. All they want is to see you well and on your way to great health. The service has always been top notch and even the front of house staff make you feel welcome and part of a community. I do a lot of physical activity so return every couple of monthsand look forward to seeing my physiotherapist each time!

I have been attending Life Ready Physio for a few months now with Natalie. I have been working with her in the gym and have been getting some great results doing Clinical Pilates. Highly recommended.
