We plan to travel from Moscow via Belarus to Lithuania and Latvia by car (4 nights 5 nights Lithuania and Latvia).
If we enter through Lithuania, whether an entry permit from the Lithuanian Embassy-booking of 4 nights and Lithuania and 5 nights in Latvia will do, of course, to obtain a visa Latvian embassy? Itinerary of course, too, will do.
