Airways Hotel Victoria, London

Perfect location at a budget rate. Be sure you understand that any hotel in this area will have smaller rooms unless you are willing to spend a lot of $$$. We were close to everything we wanted to do and Victoria station as well.

The reception staff were superb. They accommodated our 1 year old with a crib, and put us in a room away from the others which was a good thing since our baby was recovering from jetlag. The only complaint was that the young gentleman working reception at night was less than courteous to us and our baby. Everybody else though were excellent.

Very welcoming concierge. Was not able to avail the breakfast because we had to leave early. Has television, hair dryer, extra towels folded into swans and telephone. Modern design, occupied a room in the upper floor, the floor was a bit creaky but understandably the buildings in London are old.

Really nice and helpful staff. Everything went smoothly and it was a nice stay!

Nice people but no elevator. So it a hard work if you came with a lot of luggage and your room is in top floor...

Great little hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, good hotel showers and an above average breakfast. We just found the 6 flights of stairs to our 3rd floor room a little daunting (!), and woe betide you if you're taller than around 5' 6", because you'll have to sit on the loo sideways! But good value and a great, quiet location 10 mins from Victoria Station.
