Went on Friday night (3rd November) would just like to say the lady that waited on our table was fantastic.very friendly with the children.gave them a balloon,learnt their names, really went that extra mile. More people should be like her.Thank you to whoever you are😀

Good staff, average food. My Samosa starter appeared to be cooked from frozen, main was better

Disappointing, as this time staff weren't at all helpful.

6 of us went impromptu Sunday evening for a 55th birthday. We arrived 6.30, and weren't in any rush so sat in bar for a drink waiting for 2 of party coming from out of town. We are regulars, and love the decor and food. We purposely hadn't booked.
Main half of restaurant was packed, with 2 large noisy groups of 20 and 8. One of staff began immediately setting us a table alongside these, and I asked if we could instead sit in other half. I was curtly told no. I explained we were all middle aged, one had trouble hearing and it was very noisy, and was again told no.
Embarrassed, we sat there and the staff members who took our food and drink order could not even hear us, and got them wrong no fewer than 8 times! Drinks were the wrong size or the wrong drink, and 5 food items were missing and arrived later into the meal.To make it worse, a family then arrived and were seated in the section I had twice requested! We had a ruined evening, unable to chat and catch up. We probably won't be going again.
